For the first 90 days of the contract, we require 60 days' notice for cancellation. After this initial period, the required notice period for cancellation is 30 days. This means that, even without a penalty, we ask that you notify us in advance so that we can terminate our services in an organized manner and ensure a smooth transition.
Our goal is to offer you the flexibility and peace of mind to terminate the contract when necessary, while ensuring a termination process that respects both parties.
